Potato starch
In contrast to maize starch, potato starch and wheat starch contains no protein. It is extracted in a relatively simple from finely grated and (repeatedly) rinsed potatoes. The process can often be applied be during the production of chips or fries. A centrifuge separates water from starch, which is then dried into powder. This ingredient is used in for many different purposes in foods.

Gluten
This group of proteins is only seen in grains, specifically in the food reserves of seeds that are used for germination and initial growth. Gluten is insoluble in water and is an important ingredient for bread. It also used in the production of meat substitutes.

Milk powder
Dried milk is a key ingredient to many food ingredients such as milk chocolate, rice cakes, chips, chocolate bars and cakes. All milk comes from our selected suppliers.
